Yes. The Salon & Spa Management module works with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions, as well as Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, and On-Premise deployments.
Absolutely. Both order types coexist in the system. You can create a Service Order for walk-in customers choosing individual treatments, and a Package Order for customers selecting a pre-configured bundle all within the same module.
When a customer arrives for their appointment, staff click the 'Create Salon Order' button on the appointment record. The system generates a new Salon Order pre-filled with all the appointment details customer, employee, services, and chair so there is no re-entry of information.
Yes. Customers with portal access can log in to the Odoo website portal to view all their appointments and orders, and download them as PDF reports. Portal access is granted by staff from the customer record.
After a service is completed, staff click the Rating button on the Salon Order. The system sends a feedback email to the customer. The customer selects an emoji rating and writes a comment. The response is recorded against the order and visible to management.
Yes. The Bulk Cancel feature allows you to select multiple appointments or orders from the list view and cancel them simultaneously. A cancellation reason must be entered, which is recorded against every cancelled record.
