When a trip is set as Recurring, you define the recurrence pattern (daily, weekly, specific days of the week). The system automatically creates individual trip records for each occurrence, each with their own driver and vehicle assignment, status tracking, and invoicing.
Yes. The conflict detection feature checks all active trips when a new assignment is made. If the same vehicle or driver is already assigned to another trip with an overlapping time window, the system displays a conflict warning and prevents the double-booking.
Customer invoices are generated based on the trip fare configuration. Driver settlements are calculated separately based on the driver's configured payout model (fixed per trip, percentage of fare, or hourly). Both are tracked independently in Odoo Accounting.
